Audition Registration

    Snow White Panto Auditions 2026

    Audition Date: Saturday 10th October
    Location: Jumeirah Beach Hotel
    Times: Juniors (7-11) - Registration at 12md, start at 1pm.
                 Seniors (12+) - Registration at 3pm, start at 4pm
    ***Please bring suitable dance wear, and no branded clothing
    • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    Parental Consent 
    • By ticking this agreement, parents/guardians grant full consent for their child to participate in this h2 Production, including rehearsals, performances, and all associated activities related to the production.
    Health and Safety
    • Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically and mentally fit to participate in the pantomime. Any existing medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed to the production team in advance..
    •  The production company is not liable for any incidents arising from undisclosed conditions. The production company will take necessary steps to ensure a safe environment for all participants but cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during rehearsals or performances, except in cases of proven negligence.
    Photography, Videography, and Media Consent
    • Parents/guardians agree that the production company may photograph, video record, and/or live stream auditions, rehearsals and performances, and use these materials for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes without further consent or compensation. Images or footage may appear on the production company’s website, social media platforms, or in local media. 
    •  Parents/guardians agree not to post any show content (including behind-the-scenes), photography, video recordings, and/or live streams, unless expressly agreed upon with the Producer, Director or Choreographer. 
    • Parents/guardians are actively encouraged to repost, share, and like all marketing material issued by the production company and venues, any marketing ideas are welcomed and should be directly to the production team. 
    Rehearsal and Performance Attendance
    • Parents/guardians agree to ensure their child’s punctual and consistent attendance at all scheduled rehearsals and performances. The full rehearsal and performance schedule will be published no later than the end of October. Children are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances unless specifically excused by the production team. Failure to attend may result in the child being removed from certain scenes or performances.
    Costumes and Props
    • The production company will provide certain costumes and props for the performance. However, parents/guardians may be responsible for providing specific personal items (e.g., black jazz shoes, undergarments, black leotards, leggings, or shorts) as specified by the production team.
    • Costumes and props provided by the production company must be returned in good condition after the performances.
    Behavior and Conduct
    • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the directions of the production team at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the child’s removal from the production.
    • If a child is not behaving appropriately or meeting the required performance standards, the production team reserves the right to remove the child from the production at the director’s discretion, without the need to provide any reason and with no financial compensation.
    Withdrawal from the Production
    • If a parent/guardian wishes to withdraw their child from the production, they must provide written notice to the production company.
    Cancellation or Postponement
    • The production company reserves the right to cancel, add, or postpone rehearsals or performances due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues, health risks,) and for commercial reasons. In such cases, parents/guardians will be informed promptly, and the company is not liable for any related costs or inconvenience.
    Voluntary Contribution
    • Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in the production is on a voluntary basis, and their child will not receive any payment or performance fees. Likewise, the production company will not charge parents/guardians any performance fees. All costs related to travel, medical expenses, meals, and beverages will be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. The production company will not provide or arrange for any compensation unless expressly agreed upon under a separate written agreement.
    Liability Waiver
    • Parents/guardians agree that the production company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during rehearsals or performances.
    Termination of Participation
    • The production company reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation at any time if they fail to meet the requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions, or if their participation negatively affects the safety, reputation, or successful execution of the production. No reason is required to be provided in such cases, and a member of the production team will inform the parent/guardian.
    Voluntary Parental Supervision
    • Parents/guardians accept that the production company is not responsible for child supervision. However, due to limited backstage space, the company will facilitate a chaperone rota for parents/guardians to support the production team in supervising children during rehearsals and performances. H2 Productions accepts no responsibility for the conduct of chaperones.
    • Parents/guardians who volunteer to act as chaperones during rehearsals and performances do so on a voluntary basis, with best endeavors and in good faith. Chaperones are expected to behave appropriately, always maintaining a respectful and responsible attitude while supervising children . Should chaperones encounter any issues relating to the children in their care, they are required to immediately inform the production team. Any actions or decisions relating to the children will be the sole responsibility of the production company, not the chaperone. 
    Precedence of Law
    -           This agreement does not supersede or replace UAE law. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the laws of the United Arab Emirates will take precedence  
    Agreement to Terms - By ticking the box, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document. They also accept responsibility for ensuring their child’s compliance with all requirements.
